Can I pay with a card instead of crypto?

No. Checkout is crypto only: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, Tron, BNB, Monero and USDT or USDC on several networks are all accepted, and the coin picker on the checkout bar covers the rest. Payment is confirmed automatically and your license key unlocks in seconds, with no account, ID check or card details involved at any point.

What happens if the locked price runs out before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. If your coins were already on their way, the payment still goes through after the quoted price lapses, and your license key is created and emailed automatically the moment it confirms. A lapsed quote does not cancel a payment you have already sent.

What if my payment fails or gets stuck?

Accepted Answer

We email you within minutes to say what happened, with a link to start a fresh checkout. If the coins already left your wallet, message support with the transaction hash and we issue your key by hand. You are never charged twice for the same order.

I sent the wrong coin, or used the wrong network. Now what?

Message support on Telegram with the transaction hash and the email you used at checkout. We can trace the payment and issue your key manually.

How quickly do I get my license key?

It is emailed automatically as soon as the network confirms your payment, which is usually a few minutes. Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy, while faster chains like Solana and Tron are close to instant.

I paid but no email arrived.

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder first, because the key arrives as an automated email. If it is not there, message support with the email address you paid with. Every order is stored on our side, so nothing depends on you keeping a receipt.

Do I need an account or ID verification?

No. An email address for delivery is the only thing we ask for. There is no sign-up, no KYC and no ID check at any point in checkout.
