LarperWallet ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LarperWallet progressive web application (PWA) and the website located at larperwallet.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

LarperWallet is a novelty entertainment application. It is not a real cryptocurrency wallet. It does not hold, send, receive, or interact with any real cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset. We are not affiliated with Phantom, Solana Labs, Ledger SAS, Trust Wallet, Binance, or any other wallet provider or blockchain project.

LarperWallet is designed with privacy in mind. We collect information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service:

• License Key Data: When you activate a license, we store the license key and its activation status. This is required to verify your access to the app.
• Payment Information: Website payments are processed through NOWPayments. We send your delivery email, selected plan, and order amount as needed to initialize checkout and automatically deliver access after payment confirmation. We do not collect or store private keys or payment-wallet credentials. NOWPayments may process transaction, wallet, identity-verification, device, and payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Telegram Contact Information: If you contact us or purchase through Telegram, we may retain your Telegram username and conversation history for customer support purposes.
• Technical & Product Analytics: Our hosting and analytics providers may process IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region, timestamps, and interactions with site, pricing, checkout, and installation flows. We use this data to operate the Service, understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• Safety & Abuse Reports: If you report a scam, impersonation, threat, or misuse, we may collect the report, communications, usernames, links, screenshots, payment references, and other information you choose to provide.
• Creator Referral Information: When you follow a creator referral link, we store the creator code, referral click, landing page, general traffic source, and a random visitor identifier for up to 45 days. We may retain hashed IP-address and browser information to measure referrals and reduce abuse. If you begin checkout with a creator offer, we may associate that creator with your delivery email for up to 45 days so the offer can be restored after an abandoned checkout. Creators do not receive your email address. Paid orders keep the referral attribution needed to calculate creator commission.

Any information we collect is used solely to:

• Validate and manage license keys
• Provide customer support and respond to abuse reports
• Verify payments and prevent payment or referral fraud
• Detect security threats, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the public
• Improve and maintain the Service
• Comply with applicable law and valid legal process

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. License key data is stored securely and access is restricted. Because the app is a PWA, the majority of your usage data stays on your device and never reaches us.

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service uses payment, email-delivery, hosting, analytics, and support providers, including NOWPayments for website checkout. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf; to payment providers or platforms investigating fraud, abuse, charge disputes, or policy violations; to protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of users, the public, LarperWallet, or others; or when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law, a valid legal request, court order, or regulatory obligation.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or disclose it for third-party targeted advertising.
