Safety & Acceptable Use
LarperWallet is a mobile progressive web app that creates pixel-perfect replicas of popular crypto wallet interfaces for entertainment, creator content, fictional productions, consensual pranks and product demonstrations. It helps creators avoid exposing real wallets or financial data and never holds, sends, receives or interacts with real cryptocurrency.
What LarperWallet never does
No seed phrases
LarperWallet never asks for a recovery phrase. There is no screen in the app that accepts one, because there is no wallet to recover.
No private keys
The app does not generate, import, store or transmit private keys. Balances are values you type in, not keys you hold.
No wallet connection
There is no WalletConnect, no browser-extension bridge and no signature request. LarperWallet cannot be connected to a real wallet.
No blockchain transactions
Sends, swaps and receives are drawn on screen. Nothing is broadcast to any network, so nothing can be confirmed, reversed or lost.
No custody of real assets
LarperWallet holds no cryptocurrency for anyone. Displayed balances are fictional and carry no monetary value whatsoever.
Not a financial service
LarperWallet is an entertainment and content-production tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and offers no financial products.
Why creators use LarperWallet
Publishing a real wallet can expose balances, addresses, transaction history, tokens, notifications and other financial context. LarperWallet gives creators a fictional production environment so they can make screenshots, videos, tutorials, mockups and entertainment content without putting a real wallet or real assets on screen.
Permitted uses include creator content, clearly fictional scenes, parody, education, product demonstrations and playful, consensual pranks that do not request money or information, damage reputation, create fear or urgency, or cause a reasonable person to believe the displayed assets are real.
If context is ambiguous, disclose that the wallet, balance and activity are simulated. A prank stops being harmless when it creates financial pressure, extracts information, harms someone, or continues after the person objects.
Prohibited uses
Simulated wallet content is for entertainment, creator work and demonstrations. Using it to deceive anyone out of money, assets or informed consent is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of access and may expose the user to civil, criminal, regulatory and platform consequences.
- Defrauding, scamming, phishing, extorting or financially deceiving any person
- Presenting simulated balances as proof of funds, income, net worth or investment returns
- Soliciting investment, loans, payments or donations using simulated wallet content
- Impersonating another person, company, wallet provider, exchange, financial institution or government body
- Fabricating evidence for any legal, financial, lending, immigration or employment process
- Collecting credentials, seed phrases, private keys or personal information through deception
- Threatening, coercing, blackmailing, harassing or causing financial, reputational or emotional harm
- Helping another person commit, conceal or profit from any prohibited act
- Any use that is illegal where you or your audience are located
Disclose your simulations. If simulated wallet footage could reasonably be mistaken for a real balance by your audience, label it. Ambiguity is where entertainment turns into deception.
User responsibility & enforcement
You are responsible for the content you create, the claims and context you attach to it, the people you share it with, required permissions and disclosures, and compliance with applicable law. LarperWallet does not endorse or authorize scams, fraud, impersonation or any other unlawful use.
We may investigate reports and suspend or permanently revoke access without refund when we reasonably believe the Service has been misused. Where permitted or required by law, we may preserve relevant records, respond to valid legal process, cooperate with platforms, payment providers, rights holders, regulators or law enforcement, and report suspected unlawful conduct.
If a user commits or facilitates a crime, responsibility remains with that user. The entertainment purpose of the product and the fictional nature of its balances do not excuse deceptive or unlawful conduct.
No affiliation
LarperWallet is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Phantom, Solana Labs, Solana Foundation, Trust Wallet, Binance, Exodus Movement or any other wallet provider, blockchain project, exchange or financial institution. Visual similarities to existing wallet interfaces exist for entertainment and parody purposes.

How to spot an impersonator: it asks for a seed phrase, private key or wallet connection; it requests payment outside our checkout; or it is hosted on a lookalike domain. LarperWallet does none of these.
Security reports: email support@larperwallet.com with "Security" in the subject line. Please include reproduction steps and give us reasonable time to respond before disclosing publicly.
If you believe you were targeted by fraud, preserve the messages and payment records, contact your payment provider, and report it to the appropriate authority. In the United States, reports can be filed with the FTC or the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.
