LarperWallet is a novelty entertainment and content-production application. It helps creators stage fictional wallet scenes without displaying a real wallet, real balances, real addresses, transaction history, or other sensitive financial information to the public. It may also be used for clearly playful, consensual pranks that do not cause financial loss, reputational harm, coercion, or reasonable confusion about whether displayed assets are real.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Phantom, Solana Labs, Solana Foundation, Ledger SAS, Trust Wallet, Binance, or any other wallet provider, blockchain project, cryptocurrency exchange, or financial institution. Any visual similarities to existing wallet interfaces are for entertainment and parody purposes only.

Upon completing a valid purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LarperWallet app for lawful entertainment, creator content, parody, demonstrations, education, and fictional productions, subject to the plan you purchased:

• Starter Plan ($14): 7 days of access from the date of activation.
• Most Popular Plan ($39): 1 month of access from the date of activation.
• Best Value Plan ($129): 1 year of access from the date of activation.
• Lifetime Plan ($299): lifetime access from the date of activation.

The app is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which you install through your mobile device's web browser. Access is controlled by a unique license key provided after purchase.

You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application or your license key. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated.

LarperWallet website checkout currently supports cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Available currencies, networks, verification requirements, fees, exchange rates, and regional availability are determined by NOWPayments.

Purchases are initiated through our official website (larperwallet.com) or authorized retailers listed on our website. Prices are displayed in USD; the selected provider may charge the equivalent in another supported currency or settle the transaction through cryptocurrency.

You are responsible for reviewing the amount, currency, network, and provider terms shown at checkout. The displayed checkout timer does not cancel the order: if it reaches zero, NOWPayments will still process payment associated with that order, and automatic license-key delivery will continue once payment is confirmed. We cannot control a third-party provider's confirmation time, exchange rate, fees, or regional restrictions.

You may use LarperWallet only for lawful entertainment, creator content, parody, education, product demonstrations, fictional productions, or consensual pranks that cause no loss or harm. You must clearly label simulated content whenever a reasonable viewer could mistake it for a real balance, transaction, account, or proof of funds.

You may not use, attempt to use, or help another person use the Service to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, theft, extortion, money laundering, phishing, social engineering, or any other crime
• Present simulated balances or transactions as proof of funds, income, net worth, ownership, trading results, or investment performance
• Solicit investments, loans, payments, transfers, donations, gifts, credentials, or personal information using simulated content
• Impersonate a person, business, wallet provider, exchange, government body, financial institution, employee, or representative
• Falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authority, account ownership, or control of digital assets
• Fabricate evidence for a financial, legal, lending, insurance, tax, immigration, employment, compliance, or identity-verification process
• Threaten, harass, coerce, blackmail, defame, or cause financial, emotional, reputational, or physical harm
• Remove disclosures, mislead an audience about the simulated nature of content, or evade safeguards, access controls, or enforcement
• Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, financial-services, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws

We do not endorse, authorize, encourage, or benefit from scams or unlawful deception. A license is not permission, assistance, or a defense for illegal conduct.

You control the content you create, the people you show it to, the claims you make, and the context in which it appears. You are solely responsible for obtaining permissions, making legally required disclosures, complying with applicable law, and ensuring that your use does not deceive or harm anyone.

If you commit or facilitate a crime, fraud, scam, rights violation, or other unlawful act, responsibility remains with you. Nothing in the Service or these Terms transfers, excuses, limits, or shields you from civil, criminal, regulatory, contractual, or platform liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LarperWallet and its operators, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment and content production. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular production, or accepted by any platform, employer, institution, or third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LarperWallet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or losses arising from user-created content or misuse of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
